What “hadash” means
WikipediaHadash, officially the Democratic Front for Peace and Equality, is a left-wing to far-left political organization in Israel; the main elements of its platform are socialism and opposition to Zionism, reaching peace in Israeli-Palestinian conflict though the two-state solution and cooperation of Jews and Arabs in Israel. It is a part of the Joint List parliamentary faction. It was formed by the Communist Party of Israel (Maki) and other groups in 1977 as a political coalition.
