@cwebber @spritely I need to finish writing the document, which I'm really annoyed I have to write, but @pidgin @gaim and all other #IMFreedom projects reject all forms of AI/LLM. #Pidgin #Gaim
I'm bored. let me launch #Gaim to see if my friends are online! #linux #app #icon #design #gtk #libadwaita #OpenSource

What “gaim” means
WikipediaPidgin is a free and open-source multi-platform instant messaging client, based on a library named libpurple that has support for many instant messaging protocols, allowing the user to simultaneously log in to various services from a single application, with a single interface for both popular and obsolete protocols, thus avoiding the hassle of having to deal with new software for each device and protocol.

every network with a public tag surfaceFollow #gaim straight to each platform’s own tag page. Where a platform publishes open data we measure it above; the rest lock their numbers behind paid APIs, so we link rather than guess.
Every number above is measured from a named public API at the shown fetch time. Nothing is estimated or extrapolated. Platforms that lock their data behind paid APIs are not shown. Agents: the same numbers, as JSON, at /api/hashtags/gaim
